🧝♀️ What They Did
They’re baaaack! Elvis and Toffee arrived fresh from the North Pole with their little suitcases, the annual letter from the Elves, their storybook and advent calendars ready to kick off the countdown to Christmas. The elves’ note was a gentle reminder to the boys of what they are really here for — to spread cheer, help keep the Christmas spirit alive, and report back with all the good deeds (and maybe a few cheeky giggles).
🎬 Behind the Scenes
This setup is simple but magical — exactly how I love to start December. The elves are sat on the centre table with their luggage by their side, the letter propped right in front, and the advent calendars neatly against the wall behind them. A little string of fairy lights sets the whole thing aglow — nothing over the top, just cozy and bright enough to make that early morning reveal special.
💡 Recreate It at Home
You can easily recreate this classic “arrival” setup!
✨ Here’s what I used:
- Mini suitcases & boarding passes — from Easy Elf Ideas on Etsy
- Elf yearly letter — I designed in Canva (you can freely edit so you can write whatever message you want)
- Advent calendars — grab from any shop that sells them!
- Fairy lights — borrowed straight from the Christmas box
Set your elves on a table or shelf, add the letter and advents, and let the morning excitement do the rest.
🪄 Elf Hack of the Day
Keep a few mini props (like letters, cases, or signs) stored in a zip-lock bag labelled “Elf Arrivals” — future-you will thank you next December when midnight hits and the elves need to magically reappear again!
🎁 Join In the Fun!
What do your elves do when they arrive? Do they come in calm and classy, bearing treats and smiles — or crash in like a whirlwind of mischief ready to cause chaos from day one?
